Day of Coordination Packages

Micro Day of Wedding Management: $700

Just need an extra hand on your wedding day for a couple of hours? This is your package! 

  • An hour wedding rehearsal coverage

  • 3 hours ceremony coverage

  • An initial Zoom meeting and a final Zoom meeting one week before your wedding

Couples who choose this package usually have a timeline created and shares with the DOC(day-of-coordinator). The DOC implements the timeline, runs the wedding rehearsal, acts as a point of contact for other vendors, cues the bridal party for the ceremony, assists guests and wedding party as needed. 

This package does NOT include any set up or breakdown of the venue. 

A $150 non-refundable deposit is due to hold your date with final payment due 14 days prior to the wedding. 



The Basic Package: $1500

Already have most of your big day planned out? Our Day of Wedding Coordination Basic Package is for you!

  • Access to your DOC(day of coordinator) for Questions, Resources and Guidance Three Months before your Wedding 

  •  ZOOM meetings(or in person): First Planning Meeting + Final Planning Meeting + Final Walk Through Meeting 

  • Wedding Day Floorplans 

  • Wedding Day Timeline Creation 

  • One Hour Ceremony Rehearsal 

  •  2 Day of Wedding Coordinators 

  •  6 hours of wedding day coverage. 

Couples choosing this package just need a helping hand and someone to execute an already planned (for the most part) Wedding Day. You will have two professionals to run your Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal and Wedding Day to take care of your perfect day. 

A $200 non-refundable deposit is due to hold your date with final payment due 14 days prior to the wedding. 

The wedding management process will begin around Three Months from your Wedding Day. 



Month of Premium Package: $2500

Want to plan and book your own vendors but need help with set up of your decorations and tear down of the venue? This is the package for you!

  • 2 Day of Coordinators

  • Access to your day of coordinators 6 months out from your wedding day

  • 1 hour rehearsal

  • 8-10 hours of wedding day coverage

  • Set up of the venue with your decorations

  • Break down of the venue post ceremony

  • Wedding day floorplan

  • Timeline Creation

  • Point of contact for vendors

Couples choosing this package desire to plan their own wedding, as well as, source and book their own vendors; but do need a helping hand. We will help you with pulling together all of the final details and coordinate with your vendors so that everyone is on the same page. You will also have 2 professionals to run your Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal and Wedding Day flawlessly. This package also includes our exclusive set up and breakdown of the venue if needed. 

A $250 non-refundable deposit is due to hold your date with final payment due 14 days prior to the wedding. 

The Wedding Management process will begin 6 months from your wedding day. 



Add ons:

Extra Time: $150 per hour

Rehearsal Only: $200 one hour rehearsal, run rehearsal, organize bridal party processional/recessional, bridal party staging.

Bride’s personal assistant: $500 (this person will stay by the bride’s side offering assistance, everything from helping with the bustling of the dress, to holding the bouquet for pictures, making sure the bride eats as wedding days can get crazy, this person will be there making sure nothing gets left behind wherever the bridal party gets dressed and makes sure that when those expensive shoes come off on the dance floor, they get put in a safe location so they don’t go MIA when the bride needs them again!)


Venue Walk Through:$100 Sometimes you just need an extra set of eyes to look over your venue and discuss your vision. We can do this and help you troubleshoot.
